CAN YOU MATCH TO EXISITING HEADSHOTS ON OUR WEBSITE?
Absolutely! Many companies have headshots that match their branding but sometimes need to work with a different photographer. Please provide a sample image and any information you might have (like background colour used) and it will be matched to seamlessly fit with your previous images.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE PHOTOGRAPHED IN ONE DAY?
Typically you’ll want to allocate about 5 minutes per person to get a standard headshot. Ten people per hour is a good pace, with about 6 hours photographing time (plus setup, breakdown, and lunch break). In total, about 60 people can be photographed in one day on location - so for bigger groups, you will want to split the session into several days.

WILL YOU ALSO PHOTOGRAPH TEAMS?
Yes, when making your booking you can request a group photo, or photos, as part of your headshot session, or, choose a team composite.

WHAT IF WE CAN'T GET EVERYONE TOGETHER ON THE SAME DAY?
This happens.- it may be due to team members who work remotely, who are on leave or are unwell on headshot day. We can schedule a re-shoot day at a later date. This can also include new hires.

INCLUSIONS
All services include the following
DIGITAL IMAGES
Digital images are provided via a private online gallery for easy download in both high resolution and web quality.
Black and white copies can be provided for all final images upon request.
USAGE RIGHTS
You will receive usage rights on all final images provided. There are no restrictions on how and where you can use your images.
RETOUCHING
All final images included in each service package will be digitally retouched.
Complex editing can be discussed for an additional fee
